Ordering and Payment

• Orders: Custom orders require advance notice (minimum 48 hours for standard items, 1-2 weeks for wedding cakes).
• Payment: Payment is required at time of order confirmation. We accept major credit cards and cash.
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at time of order.
• Deposits: Custom and wedding cake orders require a 50% deposit to secure your date.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before pickup/delivery time for standard items.
• Custom cake cancellations made less than 48 hours before completion will forfeit the deposit.
• Wedding cake cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will forfeit the full payment.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery is available within the Phoenix metro area for an additional fee.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or weather conditions.
• Customer is responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order.
• Pickup orders must be collected within 2 hours of scheduled time unless prior arrangements are made.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery. We will work to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.

Allergen Information

Our kitchen handles common allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee products are completely free from cross-contamination. Please inform us of any allergies when ordering.
